Jennifer Lake
Jennifer Lake, PharmD, PhD is a pharmacist and an Assistant Professor – Teaching Stream at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, where she leads Interprofessional Education. She has extensive clinical experience in both hospital and primary care environments. Her research uses qualitative and mixed methods to evaluate how healthcare professionals collaborate and how to effectively support the implementation of changes in these teams, including new roles and emerging needs. She is a clinician researcher focused how healthcare professionals, and their organizations, optimize their roles and work together to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
