Rahim Moineddin

Dr. Rahim Moineddin currently serves as a full professor at the Department of Family and Community Medicine and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, both at the University of Toronto, and as a senior adjunct Scientist at the Institute for Clinical Evaluation Sciences (ICES). He has more than 30 years of experience in Statistics and Biostatistics, with more than 410 scientific publications. Rahim obtained his PhD in statistics from the University of Kent, United Kingdom, and his Master’s degree in biostatistics from the University of Toronto, Canada. Dr. Moineddin has collaborated widely on numerous research projects in Medical Imaging and many other fields of medicine.

Dr. Moineddin's contribution to capacity development in primary care research is unparalleled in Canada and serves as a prime example internationally of how biostatisticians can collaborate with clinicians and graduate students to enhance scientific quality and productivity.
