Rutwa Engineer

Rutwa Engineer is an Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream, at the University of Toronto Mississauga, where she bridges computer science education with innovative teaching methodologies and pedagogical research. Her primary research explores innovative computing pedagogies, responsible AI literacy, critical algorithmic literacies, and student-centred learning design. Rutwa is committed to developing educational technologies, instructional frameworks, and evidence-based interventions that foster inclusive and accessible learning environments for computing. Her research invites new ways of thinking, dreaming, and coding.
