This research area focuses on developing and advancing evidence-based policy proposals, alongside governance and leadership strategies that ensure these policies can be adopted and scaled across health systems before, during, and after crises. At the Institute, we convene experts across medicine, public health, management, and social sciences in close collaboration with governments and health agencies to co-develop practical solutions and implementation strategies, shaping policies that are equitable, sustainable, and ready for real-world impact.
